Summary

Biparatopic antibodies can induce antigen clustering beyond what is observed in monoparatopic, monospecific antibodies (1). In this case, HER2 clustering was examined using the biparatopic antibody Zanidatamab, which has one arm from Trastuzumab and one from Pertuzumab; dosing with either of the latter two monospecific antibodies did not yield the same antigen clustering.
