Summary

Light chain coherence refers to the high probability that functional antibodies expressed by memory B cells with the same CDRH3 loop and V-gene also share the same light chain (1). The finding holds across pairs of B-cells with the same heavy V-gene and CDRH3 length from different donors, and across different datasets collected at different times.
