Summary

For Inverse folding, pretraining on all monomeric protein structures prior to fine-tuning on antibody structures improves sequence recovery from 33.3% to 46.9% (citation needed). This benefit does not hold if fine-tuning on antibody structures follows pretraining on general protein-protein interaction structures.
